Vendor needs to provide tour consulting services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. – Expected services include itinerary development, booking of lodging and transportation and logistical coordination.– Number of participants: 22 students, 2 faculty, 2 staff members.– Round trip air transportation by scheduled carrier between Eugene or Portland, Oregon and TBD destination in Europe (likely France, Italy, or Switzerland).– Pre–departure briefing and assistance at airport check–in for the groups.– All taxes, tips, and service charges which are normally payable for services included in this itinerary.– Shipping of all instruments or securing rentals/borrowing larger instruments.– Student lodging in tourist class hotels, sharing twin–bedded rooms with private bathrooms.– Faculty and staff lodging in single rooms with private baths near the student housing.– Breakfast daily plus several lunches and dinners.– Land transportation by private luxury air–conditioned motor coach for sightseeing and transportation to the airport.– One courier per motor coach throughout the land portion of the tour from arrival in Europe to departure.– Guided sightseeing tours including paid entrance fees to all attractions.
