CONS-25132 - USA (Chesapeake, Virginia) - Water and Sanitary Sewer Projects Annual Engineering Services - Deadline January 6,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide water and sanitary sewer projects annual engineering services to the government authority located in Chesapeake, VA. – Provide professional engineering, project management, inspection services, and business analysis services on an annual basis for the design of various water and sanitary sewer projects on an as–needed basis. • Professional engineering services for all projects include survey, design, contract administration, and construction inspection for water, wastewater, and other municipal projects.• Professional services for projects shall include: the specialized design of ground and elevated water storage tanks, water pumping stations, analysis of the operation, troubleshooting, modification and maintenance of the water treatment plants, hydraulic and water quality modeling of the agency’s water distribution system and sanitary sewer collection and pumping system using a time dynamic modelling software program to be approved by the agency, design of water mains and design of manifolded sanitary sewer mains and pump stations and services not specifically mentioned herein, but necessary to complete the requested consultant services, shall also be included.• Professional services shall include water resource identification, strategic development, management and conservation, to ensure an adequate water supply and treatment and sewage transport, treatment and disposal for current and future needs.• Services shall include conducting business process assessments, documenting current and future workflows, analyzing system functionality and data flows, identifying operational gaps, developing improvement recommendations and preparing the studies, reports and documentation necessary to support modernization of the utility business processes and related administrative functions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2026. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 16, 2026.
