INSU-6256 - USA (Jacksonville, Florida) - Airport Casualty and Property Insurance Broker Services - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide airport casualty and property insurance broker services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL.– Provide services to include, but are not limited to, insurance placement andservicing, risk exposure analysis, advice and counsel relating to casualty and property insurance, riskmanagement issues, claims assistance.– Insurance Broker Services1. Design specifications for the insurance programs and market the programs for coverage wheninstructed to do so by agency, including assisting agency in the completion of all applications,documents and gathering data which may be requested by insurance companies.2. Suggest to agency and assist agency with the development, implementation and administration ofalternative risk financing vehicles to reduce agency cost of risks.3. Assign a Lead Broker and/or Account Manager to agency who will be responsible for communication with agency and who, along with any other team members assigned to agency, must be available daily to agency for advice and consultation on insurance program related issues and concerns, in Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone throughout the duration of the Contract.4. Attend meetings related to the insurance program and claim review meetings with agency staff and other parties, as requested by agency.– Engage the services of, and assume the cost of, as part of the proposed brokerage fee, an outsidefirm to perform catastrophe loss studies.– Analyze proposals received from various insurance companies and other parties, negotiatechanges for the benefit of agency and verify the reasonableness of the price for the coverageprovided.– Provide analysis and recommendations as to the most cost–effective means for addressing agencyexposures.– Review, evaluate and make recommendations on appropriate insurance for agency agreements with tenants, contractors and vendors.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026
