(1) Vendor needs to provide cancer prevention and control programs services to the government authority located in MS.– Provide Is a community–based, faith–based, social service, or volunteer service organization, homeless or domestic violence shelter, residential program, substance use treatment program, free medical clinic that does not provide cancer screening services, housing complex or development, or another non–medical program. – Has paid and volunteer non–medical staff, including but not limited to community health workers, care coordinators, case managers, faith leaders, non–profit social service workers, peer specialists, and other community helpers who can provide targeted outreach and educational services focused on linking individuals with services to address social determinants of health and needs for cancer screening.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2026.
