New Drainage Master Plan 2023 RFQ No. 23-12 CITY OF KILLEEN, TEXAS The City of Killeen will receive statements of qualifications for New Drainage Master Plan 2023 electronically through the OpenGov E-Bidding site or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N 2nd Street, Bldg. E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 'Proposal Submission Date , at 'Proposal Submission Time . Non-electronic submittals shall be plainly marked with the name and address of the Respondent and labeled "RFQ 23-12, New Drainage Master Plan 2023". Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The City of Killeen (City) seeks a qualified engineering firm to provide services related to creating a new Drainage Master Plan. The goal is to develop a comprehensive plan to address critical drainage problems and an effective tool to manage future development. Preference will be given to the firm which has demonstrated capabilities in successfully completing projects of similar scope and complexity and routinely exceed expectations in terms of work product quality and project delivery. Questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site, until 'Question Submission Time on 'Question Submission Date . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov website. It is the proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
