(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural engineering services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. 1. Program and concept phase:• Programming: – Develop the Building Space Program and Requirements– Lab and Equipment Planning• Concept Design: – Detailed site fit options– Development of initial design concepts 2. Schematic design phase:• Architectural Design: – Detailed schematic drawings – Preliminary selection of materials and finishes• Engineering Services:– Structural engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering – Civil engineering for site development3. Design development phase:• Refinement of Designs: – Updated design to align with revised cost estimate – Detailed design development drawings• Regulatory Approvals: – Preparation of documents for necessary approvals – Compliance with all required building codes and standards(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
