Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, proofs, administration, and transportation to print, address and mail election materials for the City of Phoenix, on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained herein. The City of Phoenix is looking for a single contractor (subcontractors allowed) that is able to execute the job described in this solicitation for both printing and mailing of items to Phoenix residents.
