Vendor needs to provide scoreboard and timing system renovations service to the government authority located in Bristol, CT. – Perform the complete removal, disposal, replacement, installation, testing, commissioning, and training associated with the deployment of a new, LED, multi–lane, timing system and integrated scoreboard for the agency aquatics events. – Work includes, the removal and lawful disposal of existing scoreboard equipment and components, receipt, inspection and transport of new equipment, installation and mounting of all scoreboard, timing, touchpad, start system, radio receiver and deck cabling components, programming, calibration, and functional testing of all system elements and verification of complete operational readiness.– LED 8–digit scoreboards– LED Home/Guest display– LED Event/Heat display– Modular timer with carrying case– Timing interface computer– USB to USB timer to computer connector– Touchpads– Touchpad caddy– Touchpad brackets– Eight–lane primary deck cable– Push buttons– Integrated start system for timing and scoring systems– Flag pole mount– Twenty–five–foot start jumper cable
