(1) Vendor needs to provide principal growth support observation and action service to the government authority located in El Paso, TX. – Provide leadership coaching, professional development, and support services for district and campus leaders, to include but not limited to a customized dashboard to monitor progress, campus based leadership coaching, and executive coaching.– Project is to strengthen instructional leadership systems that support improved student outcomes in mathematics through the effective implementation of the bluebonnet learning curriculum and the consistent execution of high–impact leadership practices across all campuses.– Develop and implement an Instructional Leadership Dashboard and accompanying professional learning supports that provide campus and District leaders with actionable data to monitor progress, assess implementation fidelity, and drive continuous improvement.– Project will also build the instructional leadership capacity of principals and leadership teams by supporting the use of data–informed practices to guide coaching, classroom observations, facilitation, and school improvement planning.– Through the integration of leadership performance measures, curriculum implementation indicators, and student achievement data, district and campus leaders will be better equipped to support teachers, improve instructional quality, and accelerate student learning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.
