(1) Vendor needs to provide digital engagement solution and related services.– Solution must offer advanced data analytics, reporting capabilities, and comprehensive security features to protect against fraud and ensure the integrity of the gaming process.– Solution must seamlessly convert existing mobile application and web–based platforms into a more modernized digital platform in accordance with the components and application features.– Offer advanced data analytics, reporting capabilities, and comprehensive security features to protect against fraud and ensure the integrity of the gaming process.– Solution should be designed to support future growth and innovation with the flexibility to adapt to new and emerging digital distribution channels.– Provide players with the ability to customize their view based on personal preferences, including sort and filter by game and drawing characteristics.– Provide players with the ability to choose biometric login as available by their device.– Include ticket checking functionality, mapping all responses for ticket messages.– Digital engagement solution must include a detailed listing of all available promotions and drawings, including the entry period, entry parameters, applicable rules, and configurable artwork.– Tool should have the look and feel of the real game with simulated wagers, payouts, and numbers randomly generated or selected by player.– Solution must provide the capability for users to save, edit, and delete digital play slips.– Digital engagement solution must include scratch–off game related information, including the images, game numbers, how to play, available prizes remaining, and end of game dates.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
