– Vendor needs to provide automatic direction–finding surveillance system.– Capable of integration into mobile platform and functioning in outdoor environment.– Capable of providing bearing of received radio signal.– System must compensate for mobile platform turning when providing bearing.– Providing at least 100MHz instantaneous bandwidth real time sweep.– Capable of performing IQ recording.– Capable of integrating with other sensors to perform TDoA (time difference of arrival) and AoA (angle of arrival) for direction finding of radio signal.– Data integration capability with mission manager database.
