DRA-11608 - USA (St. Paul, Minnesota) - Fluid Analysis Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fluid analysis services to the government authority located in St. Paul, MN.– Contract with a lubrication oil, coolant, and fuel analysis provider for the purpose of testing fluids from transit vehicles operated by agency.– Provide new sample kits in such quantities that continually has an adequate supply on hand.– Each sample kit shall include a plastic leak–proof sample bottle and cap, a label for sample bottle and a pre–labeled shipping carton with pre–paid first class postal service mail postage to the contractor’s laboratory.– Test reports shall include a graphical analysis of all appropriate indicators for that particular component.– Abnormal and critical test results shall be identified on all test reports by means easily seen by an italicized number, an underlined number, or bold type.– Oil Analysis Kit – Fuel Sample Analysis (2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
