The district is seeking bids/proposals for a 10Gbps WAN connection from its data center/hub located at Dunlap Middle School, 5200 West Cedar Hills Drive, Dunlap, IL 61525, to the following locations: -Dunlap Valley Middle School, 13120 Route 91, Dunlap, IL 61525 -Banner Elementary School, 12610 North Allen Road, Dunlap, IL 61525 -Hickory Grove Elementary School, 2514 West Hickory Grove Road, Dunlap, IL 61525 -Wilder-Waite Grade School, 10021 N. Pacific Street, Peoria, IL 61615 -Ridgeview Elementary School, 3903 West Ridgeview Drive, Peoria, IL 61615 -Dunlap Activity Center, 100 E. Pine Street, Dunlap, IL 61525 The following options will be considered: 1. The first option is a fully managed, leased lit fiber transport service from the datacenter/hub to the specified eligible locations. One-time special construction may be bid: a. Separately from the vendors proposed monthly recurring cost for the fully managed leased lit service. b. As a combination of the proposed monthly recurring cost for the fully managed leased lit service. For this option the district is seeking bids/proposals for any/all Category One network equipment necessary to make its Internet connection functional. 2. The second option is for a leased dark fiber solution that may include special construction, the monthly lease fee, maintenance, and operations. One-time special construction costs should be bid separately from the monthly lease fee. Maintenance and operations fees may be included in the monthly lease fee.
