DRA-12029 - USA (Raleigh, North Carolina) - Demolitions Surveying Services - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide demolitions surveying services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– On Call Survey Plot PlanThe expectation is once the consultant firm is notified of the project, they would be required to provide the survey plot plan within 4 weeks from the request of service.– The survey plot plan is to include the following: drawing/diagram which shows the buildings, easements, ground mounted mechanical equipment, fences and/or walls, the position of roads, and other constructions of an existing or proposed property at a defined scale. It shall also include any additional items identified and outlined in the individual statements of work.– Site Data Table: Include Property Identification Numbers (PIN) for subject property, site size, zoning, overlay districts, building type, total square footage to be demolished, number of units to be demolished, current use(s), existing impervious, percentage of root zones to be disturbed.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
