(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic signal maintenance service to the government authority located in Colorado. • All indications are out, including bulbs or lenses, for any single traffic movement.• Signal heads give conflicting indications to any intersection approach.• Damage to any traffic signal control device, such as a signal head or span wire that has fallen to the ground, that is substantially out of its proper position or is preventing the intersection from operating properly.• Vehicle or pedestrian signal is in flash–mode.• Any other condition that prohibits the intersection equipment from operating properly(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026
