(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Actuarial Services to support the Integrated Health Partnerships Program Model for Health Care Programs.– Duties potentially involved under this specialty include defining the data needed and methodological approach to assess the impact, and developing adjustments in the model.– Selected Responder duties involved under this specialty include being readily available to assist in the negotiations and to answer questions from financial experts, actuaries and program managers, preparation of specific analyses such as attributed population and risk, and presentation of written material describing the methodologies and calculations used in developing the payment model.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
