(1) Vendor needs to provide station cleaning services to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.• Provide bus shelter station cleaning services.• Clean each shelter using non–abrasive materials, methods, and solutions that will not degrade structural powder coatings, glass laminates, or architectural polycarbonate panels.• Sanitize and wipe down all public benches, seats, seat backs, handrails, and high–touch surfaces using an environmentally friendly, non–corrosive cleaner.• Clean interior and exterior panel glass, removing roadway splash, salt film, dust, and mud layers to prevent environmental staining, etching, or long–term glazing degradation.• Polishing and text–wiping of map cases, transit schedule holders, ad frames, and real–time electronic passenger information displays without dynamic fluid intrusion.• Collect and safely bag all public litter, glass shards, biological waste, and ground debris. Empty all transit trash bins, replacing them with properly fitted fresh bags.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
