(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations service. • Develop clear and credible positions on issues faced by the municipality by undertaking a proactive media strategy that will include:• Scheduling and hosting of press conferences and other media events as requested and appropriate;• Dissemination of timely press releases and other material as required to maintain a positive image of the administration in the local media;• Arranging interviews with the local print and broadcast media;• Writing and editing of letters to the editor; and• Writing and editing opinion columns.• Production of a newsletter four times per year
