(1) Vendor needs to provide commissary services to the government authority located in Chestertown, MD. – To provide computerized commissary services to the incarcerated individuals.– Currently, incarcerated individuals order food, personal hygiene items, and other miscellaneous items from a pre–approved, vendor provided order form.• To provide the highest level of service to all incarcerated individuals.• To provide an accurate, economical, and efficient means to process orders from incarcerated individuals. • To provide a reasonable commission back.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
