Vendor needs to provide township planner service to the government authority located in West Milford, NJ. – Assist and advise the Township on techniques, rules and regulations that the Township may need in exercising its powers in the area of land use, housing, open space, economic development, transportation, public utilities, historic preservation, farmland preservation and natural resource protection.– Prepare plans and other supportive documentation for development and redevelopment asdirected.– Represent the Township as directed in meetings with the County of Passaic, other municipalitiesand State agency officials.– Advise the Township, as necessary, on new or advanced planning techniques.– Assist and advise on affordable housing matters.– Assist and advise on areas in need of redevelopment and rehabilitation.
