EXTRA-72899 - USA (Augusta, Maine) - Cost of Production Study Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cost of production study services to the government authority located in Augusta, ME.– Review and evaluate any testimony, exhibits or material made available to the commission by interveners and industry spokespersons.– Identify and develop positions with respect to the issues that have been or should be raised and considered in order to propose adequate rules and rule amendments.– Assist in preparing cross examination of commission interveners and industry witnesses and in conducting actual examination.– Prepare and present direct evidence and exhibits on the issues as identified and developed.– Assist the Commission in proposing reasonable schedules and deadlines for each phase of the work and complete all work according to schedules.  (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20,2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
