(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy benefits plans for active employees and non–Medicare eligible retirees, and their dependents to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Providers to administer its current Pharmacy benefits plans for active employees and nonMedicare eligible retirees, and their dependents– Formulary Management/Advisory Services, which are requested on both an exclusive PBM basis and a carve–out basis– Specialty Pharmacy Services, which are requested on both an exclusive PBM basis and a carve–out basis – PBM Administrative Services (Claims Adjudication, Network Management, Member and Account Services)(2) A conference will be held on October 14, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
