(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Vernal, UT.• Main Entrances, Lobbies, Hallways & Common Areas• Sweep/vacuum and mop flooring• Sweep outside entrance, including stairs• Empty all interior trash receptacles and replace liners• Empty all exterior trash receptacles and replace liner• Wipe clean and disinfect all interior and exterior trash receptacles• Empty and clean all applicable ashtrays and sand urns• Remove mats to clean floor underneath, replace mats after floor cleaning is done.• Vacuum walk–off mats and carpets• Vacuum and wipe clean door tracks• Clean and disinfect counter–tops, tables and chairs• Spot clean walls• Spot clean all carpeted areas• Brush and spot clean chairs, benches and sofas• Spot clean upholstery• Spot clean glass on doors• Wipe clean metal thresholds• Squeegee all interior entrance glass• Clean all baseboards removing any scuff marks• Remove any cobwebs from ceiling, corners, door–frames etc.• Dust all vertical and horizontal surfaces• Break Rooms• Restrooms• Offices & Conference Rooms• Stairwells and Elevators(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Sep 8th 2026.
