(1) Vendor needs to provide digital evidence solution.• The system should support secure submission, review, storage, chain of custody, reporting, retention management, appeal–related retrieval, and authorized destruction of digital evidence and exhibits.• Solution that supports court staff, clerks, judges, attorneys, self–represented litigants, and other authorized users in managing digital evidence across the lifecycle of a case. • Supporting secure evidence submission, review, management, retention, and destruction for court–related use. • Regarding digital evidence and exhibits management solution for use by county court and circuit court entities.• Evidence marking, confidentiality, and status controls.• Chain of custody, audit logging, and reporting for both.• User authentication and access management.• Evidence submission by external users.• Search, inventory, and reporting.• Retention, appeal, and destruction workflows.• Case management and court system integrations.• File handling, including large uploads and common media types.• Security, hosting, encryption, and compliance.• APIs and integration toolkits.• Test and training environments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
