Electrical and Lighting Repair/Replacement IDQ FY21 (B)

The Work under this project consists of electrical services including low to high voltage service and lighting repairs and new work for various types of City-owned buildings and structures. This firm, fixed-price-factor, indefinite quantity contract will have Work Orders issued for a base period of twelve (12) months with two additional option periods of twelve (12) months each, to be exercised at the discretion of the City. The Work Order’s cost items will be derived from the current year’s edition of R.S. MEANS FACILITIES COST DATA book. Upon agreement between the Contractor and the City, cost items not appearing in the current edition of R.S. MEANS FACILITIES COST DATA book may be taken from the current editions of any R.S. Means cost data book. The Contractor shall notify the City when cost items from any other R.S. Means cost data book are used.
