(1) Vendor needs to provide SaaS invoice processing software.– An invoice processing software solution to automate the capture, validation, processing and workflow management of supplier invoices IP Software Solution• Support multiple invoice ingestion methods, including e–Invoicing, scanned invoice documents and invoices submitted via email. • Support automated data capture and extraction using OCR and AI/ML technologies to accurately read and extract key invoice data • Support the identification and exclusion of non invoice documents and duplicates• Support automated matching of invoice data against purchase orders and goods receipts, including two way and three way matching and the management of discrepancies.• Provide configurable invoice approval workflows, supporting both parallel and sequential approvals for non PO invoices based on a pre approved PO Vendor Exemption table or similar. • Provide functionality to determine and apply tax treatment i.e. VAT, RCT, PSWT. • Support automated and/or pre–determined Cost Objects and G/L Accounts to enable accurate financial posting.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
