(1) Vendor needs to provide LED display system maintenance services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.1. Scope of systems:– Samsung indoor and outdoor LED display systems.– Daktronics LED display systems.– Ribbon boards, auxiliary displays, scoreboards, and fourth–floor indoor LED board.– LED controllers, processors, media servers, receiving cards, sending cards, fiber optic infrastructure, networking equipment, cabinet electronics, cooling systems, power supplies, and associated power distribution.2. Preventative maintenance:– Develop and execute a preventative maintenance schedule.– Clean LED cabinets, filters, and cooling systems.– Replace filters and consumables.– Inspect cabinets, modules, power supplies, controllers, receiving cards, sending cards, fiber, grounding, and power distribution.– Verify calibration, brightness, color uniformity, and image quality.3. Inventory and warranty management:– Maintain accurate inventory counts and locations for all spare parts.– Track installed, spare, repaired, and warranty components.– Receive repaired components and return them to inventory.– Recommend minimum spare inventory levels.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
