(1) Vendor needs to provide army enterprise identity, credential, and access management platform. • Required to sustain and modernize the Army's enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) platform• Includes continuing to deliver all current ICAM capabilities while simultaneously developing and integrating modernized solutions using an agile framework• Direct support for audit compliance, including the remediation of findings from financial and cybersecurity audits• Provide all necessary program management, systems engineering, and technical support to enhance the platform in alignment with Zero Trust principles, automate controls to address audit requirements, and integrate Army applications into the enterprise and tactical operating environments to improve the Army's overall cybersecurity posture and IT efficiency.• Modernize non–proprietary connections, data formats, and synchronization processes with the Army ICAM Portal for Sponsor Management of Army non–CAC eligible users and MFA registration of devices• Modernize sponsorship capability for PE and autonomous NPE capabilities that operate on the network (e.g., AI, ML, RPA technologies) that automatically deactivates in accordance with policy, unless re–sponsored.• Modernize automated account provisioning solutions for Joiners (new identities), Movers (promotion, updated entitlement status, organization change/relocation, etc.), and Leavers (deactivated identities) for online requests, approvals and recertifications required to grant access to IT resources.
