(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Fort Hood, TX.• Prominent areas (empty trash receptacles, pick–up litter, sweep / mop, vacuum, wipe down high touch hard surfaces, clean restrooms, etc.)• Mold cleaning, flood cleaning within a covered facility resulting from inclement weather, or waterline break in the building serviced by a separate water cleanup and restoration contract with expertly trained staff.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set–Aside (FAR 19.13)
