(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment psychololgical evaluation services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– provide pre–employment psychological evaluations of candidates for Police Officer Recruit/Police Officer.– Candidates who pass the written examination are required to take the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory–3 (MMPI–3), which is a computer administered, true–false personality inventory– The provider will make a psychological determination using the test, structured interview and background information to make a determination as to whether the candidate is suitable for employment as a Police Officer(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 28, 2026(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
