(1) Vendor needs to provide 457 deferred compensation and plan fiduciary advisor services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.     – Provide investment advisory services pertaining to the agency employee 457(b) and plan investments for which Empower Retirement currently functions as record–keeper.• Develop an Investment Policy Statement • Assume responsibility for selecting, monitoring, and replacing plan assets • Select and Monitor Default Plan Investments (2) The contract period will be one year.
