(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile medical surveillance service to the government authority located in Austin, TX.             – To provide onsite medical screening, medical surveillance testing and related medical services for employees.– Hearing/Audiometry Testing– Anthropometry screening– Respirator Medical Clearance & Review– Respiratory Fit Testing– Chest x–Rays (B–Read Services)– Pulmonary function testing– Blood work with lab services and other biomedical sampling– Pandemic and/or localized health event assistance with on–site screenings– Cloud–based reporting and data management– Fitness for duty(2) The contract period will be three years.
