(1) Vendor needs to provide AI deep fake and v–mail phishing platform.– Core Deepfake Generation Capabilities– Phishing test platform that utilizes voice phishing (Voice Deepfake and V–Mail). The platform will need to integrate with Office 365 Platform and support approximately 5,000 users– Multimodal deepfake support — voice cloning, video impersonation, synthetic images, and AI generated text.– High fidelity voice cloning — ability to clone voices from short samples (e.g., 30–90 seconds) while maintaining accent, tone, and cadence– Video deepfake generation — face swap, lip sync, and expression matching capabilities for realistic impersonation scenarios– Custom persona creation — ability to generate synthetic identities or impersonate known internal roles (CEO, CFO, HR, IT).– Payload customization — custom scripts, prompts, attachments, and landing pages.– Real time interaction — ability to simulate live voice calls or interactive chat–based phishing.– User behavior tracking — clicks, replies, call responses, credential submissions, and reporting actions.– Risk scoring — individual, departmental, and organizational risk scoring based on susceptibility.– Platform Architecture & Integrations– Cloud, deployment — Azure– Content watermarking — optional tagging of synthetic media for internal traceability.– Misuse prevention — safeguards to prevent unauthorized deepfake creation(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
