Request for Information – OC Homekey+

The County of Orange (County) is seeking developers that have experience with the construction, acquisition, rehabilitation, and utilization of properties for permanent supportive housing. Developers may have identified sites or are willing to work with the County on reviewing potential sites or sites already identified by the County. These projects will be considered for funding through the anticipated State of California Homekey+ Program which makes up to $2.2 billion available through Proposition 1. The State of California anticipate for these funds to support housing initiatives for veterans and individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness and with mental health or substance use challenges. The County may leverage other available federal, state, and local funds or rental subsidies to enhance these efforts.
