On-Call Construction Management and Inspection Services

The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the City’s On-Call Construction Management and Inspection Services list to assist on various Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and Private Projects on an as-needed basis. To meet the fluctuating demand for Construction Management and Inspection Services on CIP and private projects, the City has found it necessary to request additional services on an as needed basis. In addition, inspection services will be required to augment staff during planned staff training dates and other scheduled time off on an as-needed basis. This pre-qualified on-call list of consultants will be valid for two (2) years, and can be eligible for two (2), one (1) year extensions. This on-call list does not preclude the City from holding separate solicitations for additional Construction Management and Inspection services.
