(1) Vendor needs to provide golf ball tracking and entertainment technology solution.– Provide a modern golf entertainment and instructional platform that enhances player engagement, improves operational efficiency, increases customer utilization, and creates additional revenue opportunities through entertainment, instruction, events, tournaments, leagues, memberships, and virtual golf experiences.– Provide a player development and performance platform including practice features (shot tracking, session tracking, historical performance review, club gapping analysis, distance benchmarking, accuracy analysis, practice challenges) and player accounts allowing players to create personal accounts, save performance data, access prior sessions, track historical improvement, and participate in competitions.– The system shall provide a comprehensive entertainment platform including individual games (closest–to–pin, long drive, accuracy challenges, target games, skills competitions) and multiplayer games (team competitions, head–to–head competitions, group games, family entertainment games, event–based competitions). – The platform shall support simultaneous participation from multiple bays.– The system shall provide virtual golf simulation capabilities including multiple golf courses and stroke play, match play, scramble, team play, tournament play, and league play formats.– Provide a mobile application compatible with Apple iOS and Android allowing users to create accounts, access shot history, review performance metrics, participate in competitions, join tournaments, and receive notifications.– Provide a centralized management platform that allows authorized staff to: monitor active bays; manage users; review system performance; and access reporting tools. – Platform should provide on–screen messaging, event/tournament/membership promotion, sponsor advertising, and customer notifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
