(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Vacuum, sweep, and damp mop all flooring in restrooms, kitchens, and break areas.– Vacuum, sweep, and mop stairways, hallways, lobby, and office area.– Vacuum all carpeted areas– Elevators: wipe down buttons, panels, rails, doors (inside and outside) with duster.– Empty recycle bins next to copiers, and throughout the entire building– Clean toilets, urinals, sinks, and all chrome fixtures in restrooms.– Clean sinks, tables, chairs, and all chrome fixtures in kitchen areas.– Clean restroom mirrors.– Clean kitchen counter tops– Dust windowsills, tops of cabinets, filing cases, door sashes, ledges, tops of partitions, chairs, office equipment and furniture, woodwork, baseboards, walls and partitions, and window coverings.– Clean janitor closet.– Operate spray buffing machine, wet carpet extractor, and other equipment to ensure the areas are clean and dry(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
