CLEANING-13090 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for the entire facility, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, playrooms, conference rooms, stairs, and stairwells. Included in these services are janitorial and related services consisting of waxing, polishing, sweeping and cleaning furniture, walls, woodwork, ceilings, exposed pipes, insect screens, window blinds and shades; cleaning windows and glass, toilet fixtures, rugs and carpets, stairways; and trash removal etc. to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– All accessible floor areas not carpeted shall be swept or dust mopped– All accessible floor areas shall be damp and/or wet mopped. Chairs, tables, trash receptacles, and easily moveable items shall be moved to mop underneath.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
