(1) Vendor needs to provide video directly observed therapy (VDOT) services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Remotely observe clients taking tuberculosis (TB) medications using video technology as an alternative to in–person directly observed therapy.– VDOT solution must support both real–time video observation and recorded video submission for later review.– System must allow secure transmission of protected health information, support use on mobile devices, and reduce the need for routine travel associated with in–person observation while maintaining required treatment monitoring.– VDOT uses technology to achieve direct observation, allowing providers to allot more time to see more clients.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 5, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
