(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management consulting service to the government authority located in Coronado, CA. – A complete inventory and long–term lifecycle projection for select asset classes, enabling data–driven capital planning, proactive maintenance strategies, and long–range financial forecasting.– The work includes assessing current asset condition, developing lifecycle cost estimates, producing GIS‑enabled datasets, and creating procedures to ensure consistent long‑term data maintenance.– GIS map with all layers of asset types and each asset’s projected data fields in an associated attribute table.– Asset management plan with component–level analysis.– Lifecycle assessment and long–term replacement projection.– Standard operating procedure for ongoing asset data maintenance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
