Vendors are invited to submit bids (or equivalent) for Category One services as follows: 11557 Shannon Avenue, Dublin, CA 94568 Requested service (preferred, or equivalent): Applicant currently has 150MB coax circuit and is seeking bids for coax circuit with a minimum speed of 150MB. - Applicant prefers SPI method of invoicing. If you are not able to provide SPI invoicing, please indicate that within your proposal. More points may be awarded for using the SPI invoicing method on the bid evaluation matrix. - Contracts ideally should specify mid-contract upgrades are allowed and also have an option for multi-year contract extensions. - Vendors may submit proposals for what is specified, or equivalent alternatives that meet the needs of the applicant. Proposals should clearly outline the available service options, including any variations in bandwidth, pricing, and contract terms. - Proposals should include: -Monthly recurring costs. -Any applicable installation or activation fees. -Contract term options (e.g., month-to-month, one-year, multi-year). -Service level agreements (SLAs) detailing uptime guarantees, repair response times, and network performance. -Any additional charges, taxes, or fees that would impact the total service cost, including equipment rentals. -Static IP costs, if applicable, should be broken out separately as a monthly charge. - The applicant may consider alternative bandwidth options if they provide better value or performance. - All proposals should comply with E-Rate rules and regulations, and vendors should provide a contract or service agreement that meets the applicants E-Rate filing requirements. All proposals will be evaluated in accordance with E-Rate rules, with price of eligible goods and services as the primary factor. - All bidder questions must be sent via email to the technical contact listed on the Form 470 14 calendar days after Form 470 certification.
