(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive retirement plan services to the government authority located in Artesia, NM.– Provide comprehensive retirement plan services for the city money purchase pension plan and 457(b) plan.– Assist with plan review, trustee services, recordkeeping, administration, advisory support, participant education, compliance, including transition services from the current provide and actuarial services as needed.– Work with the city and its local retirement board to ensure accurate reporting, proper allocation of funds, and continued support for plan participants.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
