(1) Vendor needs to provide open education resources third–party high–quality instructional materials service to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Open education resources third–party high–quality instructional materials content review.– High–quality instructional materials (HQIM) across multiple content areas and grade bands as part of the continuous improvement of the agency open education resources (OER).– The full and partial sets of instructional materials in scope for review include:– Prekindergarten Spanish 3 and 4– Spanish Language Arts and Reading (SLAR) K–6– Social Studies K–5– Social Studies Spanish K–5– Secondary Math: Grades 6–8, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry– Secondary Math Grade 6 Spanish– Precalculus– Science K–5– Science Spanish K–5– Bluebonnet Learning Leadership, Positive Character Traits K–12(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 24, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
