(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.• Daily cleaning – three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)• Pictures, blinds, vents, woodwork, fire alarms as needed.• Wipe down/disinfect flat surfaces as needed (tables, shelves, chairs, walls etc.)• Spot clean upholstered furnishings as necessary.• Clean interior windows (lobby/vestibules, doors, side and observation windows)• Clean/disinfect water fountains.• Wet mop restroom floors with clean disinfectant water.• Wipe down/disinfect soap and paper towel dispensers(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
