The City of Waycross will receive sealed bids for all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the construction of Dirt Street Paving Project Boulevard Street � Cleo Street � Coachman Street � Mary Street � Montgomery Street � Osceola Street � Shadowlawn � Upchurch Street at the Waycross City Hall � 417 Pendleton Street, Waycross, GA 31502 until 2:00 PM prevailing local time on October 26, 2026, at which time and place bids will be opened and read. All interested parties are invited to attend. Proposals may be mailed or delivered to the attention of Mamie Jackson, Purchasing Director
