Vendor needs to provide multifamily premium review services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – provides mortgage insurance protection to agency–approved lending institutions against default by the mortgagor.– For the review and maintenance of all multifamily insured loans.– Its responsibilities include the full range of transaction cycles, beginning with the establishment of the newly endorsed agency project, posting the initial insurance premium, billing, and collecting of renewal premiums and concluding with the termination of insurance.– To support these complex transaction cycles, agency requires expert contractor support to optimize workflows, and ensure precise financial reconciliation across the agency portfolio.– establishing endorsements of new multifamily projects; – billing and collecting multifamily mortgage insurance premiums; – performing premium reviews on projects following final endorsement; – processing refunds of mortgage insurance premiums, – processing loan modifications/interest rate reductions, – processing mortgagee record changes, – processing termination of mortgage insurance requests from lenders
