(1) Vendor needs to provide lower sycamore creek flood mitigation and restoration planning project services to the government authority located in Santa Barbara, CA.– Project will undertake detailed modeling and creation of engineered design alternatives with a focus on improving flood conveyance and habitat restoration– Provide overall project management and coordination support throughout the project duration– Services shall include, but not be limited to:• Verification of existing LiDAR and utility datasets• Detailed topographic survey including channel cross sections and bridge structures• Detailed right of way and property line mapping• Utility and other infrastructure field verification as necessary– Hydrologic, Hydraulic, and Sediment Transport Modeling(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
