The County of Volusia is soliciting a request for competitive, sealed proposals from qualified firms for the provision of Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recover (CDBG-DR) Action and Implementation Plan consultant services, which includes the following: Completion, in collaboration with Volusia County staff, of planning, program design, development of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) required CDBG-DR Action and Implementation Plan. Additional optional services that may be requested: Assisting with amendments to the CDBG-DR Action Plan. Assisting with the creation, evaluation and revision of policies.
