Procurement Details: The Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) of the Government of DeKalb County, Georgia, seeks to procure from Everbridge, Inc. a three-year subscription renewal of Everbridge Enterprise IT Alerting used by the County. Estimated Value: TBD Term (Years): 3 Years Supplier: Everbridge, Inc. Justification: Even though the licensor – Everbridge, Inc. – of Everbridge Enterprise IT Alerting does authorize specific third-party channel partners, resellers, and cooperative purchasing arrangements that cater to local governments to distribute and sell its products and solutions, DoIT nevertheless recommends purchase of the solutions directly from Everbridge, as it is heavily intertwined in the County’s monitoring and communication processes. This platform also directly supports the County’s Department of Watershed Management (DWM) to notify external organizations about emergency spill events. The County’s DoIT also uses the IT Alerting feature to manage high‑priority server and security alerts.
