Vendor needs to provide System Evaluation service to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY. – For providing program evaluation, cross–system data analysis, and technical reporting services.– To evaluate state crisis operations and strengthen the 988 system. – The proposer shall review daily workflows, identify operational or fiscal variances between the centers, and recommend practical policy adjustments to standardize administrative procedures across both facilities. – To capture user feedback safely, the proposer shall design a trauma–informed client satisfaction survey specifically built for 988 interactions. – As help–seekers are often in vulnerable emotional states or seeking anonymous help, the survey methodology must avoid triggering language, protect client privacy, and fit brief contact windows – Beyond center–level feedback, the proposer shall execute cross–system data matching to evaluate long–term outcomes across crisis continuum.– This involves linking 988 contact logs with State Vital Records, the National Violent Death Reporting System, emergency department visits, and hospital discharge datasets to analyze post–contact emergency system utilization and suicide mortality trends. – Also review state epidemiological suicide and overdose data to identify demographic and geographic populations of focus, helping guide targeted public education campaigns and measuring their reach and impact over time.
